Complaints

 

The role of the Insurance Council of Manitoba is to administer the regulatory legislation governing insurance agents and adjusters in the Province of Manitoba. Your complaint will be reviewed to determine if an individual has operated in contravention of the requirements of the Insurance Act of Manitoba, Regulations, Rules or Code of Conduct.

 

The Insurance Council of Manitoba may be sharing the information contained in your complaint with the insurance agent against whom this complaint is filed. Information may also be obtained from and provided to the insurance company, or any other source the Council feels necessary in order to investigate your complaint.
